My firstTime in My life,i Had a noSE bleed...nonsTop...it just flow naturally out like Water fm
my Nose. Oh My GOD!!!!!!!!

now i noe my health,me caNNOT drINk leSS than 2 BottLEs of wATer and must Sleep for at least 8 hrs...or else,haiz,the same incident will definitely happen agAIn.
Early discover is ALWAYS bEtter...(OF CoursE,it Wont HAppeN to mYSElf agAIn...Once bitten, is enough...) N My BLood pressure Shot to 150...fainttttttttttttt........
normal is 120... N heart beat 80 is normal.....but my, 108(measure when i Went to SCience Park ON SUN wif third and fifth aunt and their children...)
